5th Annual Conference for Women's Health in Emergency Medicine
Theme: Cardiology
The 5th Annual WHEM Conference will focus on the critical subject of women's cardiology. Join us next spring, when we aim to address the unique cardiovascular health issues faced by women, highlighting the importance of gender-specific research and treatment approaches in emergency medicine.
🌟 Abstract Submission 🌟
We invite junior scholars to send abstracts for poster presentations on any topic concerning the intersection of cardiology and women's health, including but not limited to: gender-specific differences in the presentation of acute coronary syndromes, pregnancy-associated cardiac emergencies, and strategies for closing the gender gap in cardiac resuscitation and rehabilitation. Limit 2,000 characters. We will evaluate abstracts using the SAEM guidelines. Please send to whem@northwell.edu.
